1st Course - Chef Gorski's selection of aged cheeses drizzled with local honey and dried meats with olive oil and crostini
2nd Course - Seared Sea Scallops over roasted local zucchini and summer corn salsa, topped with saffron buerre blanc
3rd Course - Salad of warm duck confit, shaved fennel, local strawberries, white radish, summer greens
4th Course - Braised Beef Cheek with ginger poached carrots, roast fingerling potato, roast shallot confit
5th Course - Bernie's famous cheesecake with fresh berries, hazelnuts and salted caramel
